think blessed, not stressed 🧔

Hi my friend,

It’s the end of the year ā€œcrunch time ā€ for so many people.

There’s a million deadlines and calendars packed with travel plans. The kids are off from school or coming back home, you’re getting ready to see relatives whose company you may or may not enjoy, and it's about time to break out all those boxes of Christmas decorations in your attic šŸ˜‰

I know there’s so much on your plate, First name / my friend. I feel it too!

And it can be easy to look at everything happening around you and get overwhelmed and stressed.

But wait. Instead of staring down at that to-do list and feeling anxiety rise up inside you, what if you tried something a little different?

What if you took a minute to think, I’m blessed instead of I’m so stressed

That’s when the magic happens. Suddenly your to-do list doesn’t seem as daunting or significant anymore.

When you’re able to pause, take a deep breath, and think I’m blessed, not stressed, you’ll shift your focus from ā€œI have-toā€ to ā€œI get to.ā€ You’ll discover what really matters: the little moments and blessing in every day life. After all, tomorrow isn’t promised for each of us.

Your Action Step: Stress is bad for us—both physically and mentality. Sure, you can meditate (I’m working on that!). But today, just start by thinking ā€œblessed,ā€ not ā€œstressed.ā€

When you feel overwhelmed this week, pause, take a breath, and focus on the blessings, not the stress, in your life. There’s so many things to be grateful for.

I know the holidays can feel crazy busy. Don’t let the stress of busyness steal your positive mindset and the blessings you experience every day.

Remember, you're not ā€œstressed,ā€ just ā€œblessedā€! 🧔

With love,

Jamie
